NewAccess for Small Business Owners - Mental Health coaching to small business owners 6 online coaching sessions that are 30 minutes long, one session a week for a 6-week period.

 

Over 1200 small business owners so far and over 90% state that they would recommend the program and the program has helped them both professionally and personally.

 

Government funded, completely free and confidential. The coaches have all come from a small business background themselves & help business owners to overcome stress, low mood, worry, distraction and feelings of being overwhelmed.

WorkSafe’s Wellbeing Support Service gives Victorians access to 4 free telehealth appointments (that is, video-conference or telephone) with an experienced psychologist.

For workers who do not have current access to an Employee Assistance Program.
